All packages include at least one album, so before the wedding, we’ll chat to lay out the goals for your album. We’ll ask how you want to reserve your story in print, talking through the moments of your day that are most important and even identifying the walls in your home you’d love to hang prints on. Look forward to some mockups of what that wall art will look like in your space.
Design consultation before the wedding
We usually set this date before the wedding so it doesn’t get lost in the honeymoon shuffle. Regardless, there will be a time and date at your convenience to meet. This happens usually 4-6 weeks after the wedding, and after you’ve already seen your full gallery and had a chance to choose your favorites.
In-depth (& thrilling!) design meeting after the wedding
With all proofs approved and any additional heirlooms ordered during our design meeting, the last step is just pure anticipation (and a little home decorating with your new frames). Tag us with your unboxing video so we can join in on the delightful experience and hear those first oohs and aahs for ourselves.

Exactly! Having witnessed your wedding firsthand, and with a knack for storytelling, we’ll pull it all together with a beautiful, make-you-cry-happy-tears design that highlights every magical detail of your day.
The one-on-one design experience alone speaks volumes — helping you narrow down photos, spending the countless hours actually designing the album and bringing the images together into a cohesive storyline… And then there’s the top-notch quality guaranteed with our print partners. We aim to take your breath away, and when you hold your album, you’ll see (feel) how.
Up to 5 weeks after the design appointment. Heirlooms take 2-4 weeks to be printed and bound, and are shipped within 3-5 business days after production.
